I’ve also had the chance to coach college baseball, which was a game-changer for me. It taught me a lot about teamwork, resilience, and how to keep everyone motivated. I bring those lessons into my work, where clear communication and adaptability are key.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the golf course, drawn to the game’s mix of strategy, patience, and skill. It’s one of the ways I stay grounded and keep challenging myself, both personally and professionally.
